Midland Logistics & Resources (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in 2010 under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka. Since its inception, the company has been actively involved in construction and rehabilitation projects in the northern region of Sri Lanka, particularly in the post-civil war recovery period. Our work continued with dedication until the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing to the rebuilding of communities and essential infrastructure.

Founders

Sarath Ranasinghe is one of the co-founders of the organization and currently serves as the Managing Director. 

Lakshman Bandara later joined as a Director. Both are qualified accountants with extensive experience in the field.
